Munier Nazzal, Professor, Program Director of General Surgery and Chief Division of Vascular/Endovascular and wound Surgery at the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio of the USA. Expert in open and endovascular interventions including venous, carotid, and lower extremity limb salvage. The limb salvage program includes minimally invasive vascular and open procedures, application of comprehensive wound care protocols and team approach including advanced level providers and multidisciplinary approach to chronic wounds. The comprehensive limb salvage and wound programs including inpatient, outpatient and extended care facilities. Oversees and directs a number of comprehensive wound centers and facilities. Involved in a number of national research projects. In addition, an expert in surgery education. Has multiple papers and presentations nationally and internationally.
